- Important Notice: Riviera Boat Excursions acts solely as an intermediary between clients and service operators. We do not own or operate the boats used in the tours.
2. Reservations and Payments
- Deposit Required: To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 30% to 50% of the total tour cost is required.
- Payment Methods:
- Bank transfers.
- Credit cards (subject to an additional 5% processing fee).
- Cash on-site.
- Payment Policy: The remaining balance must be paid before the tour begins. If the payment is not completed, the deposit will not be refunded.
- Additional Charges: Optional services, such as transportation or crew tips, are not included in the initial price.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation Due to Bad Weather: In case of bad weather or port closure, clients are entitled to a full refund. These decisions are made exclusively by local authorities and cannot be anticipated.
- Client-Initiated Cancellations: Voluntary cancellations are non-refundable once the deposit has been confirmed.
4. Rules and Policies During the Tour
- Age Restrictions: These depend on the boat. Please check with our team prior to booking if minors are part of your group.
- Maximum Number of Passengers: The passenger limit depends on the boat’s capacity, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Medical Conditions: Participants must be in good health to engage in water activities such as jumping into the sea.
- Allowed Items: Passengers may bring personal items, but we are not responsible for any losses during the tour.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
- Riviera Boat Excursions is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the tour.
- In case of an emergency, local medical services will be contacted immediately.
